All orders are processed promptly. Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it for dispatch from our studio. The estimated delivery timeframe begins from the moment your order ships, not from the date of purchase.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Occasionally, a package may be returned to us if the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful. If this occurs, we will contact you using the information provided with your order to arrange a reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

Missing or Lost Packages
While we take every care to ensure your order is dispatched correctly and use services that provide tracking, we are not liable for packages once they are in the carrier’s system. If your tracking information indicates a delay or issue, please contact the delivery service directly in the first instance.
